INTRALYN LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026 · Version 2026-10-23

We collect only what we need to run Intralyn, we never sell your information, and the business records you enter belong to you. This Policy explains the details.

1. Scope and our role

This Privacy Policy explains how Intralyn LLC (“Intralyn,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website or use the Intralyn business software (the “Service”).

Intralyn decides how account and website information is used. For the business records our customers enter about their own customers, vendors and employees (“Customer Data”), the customer business decides how that information is used and Intralyn acts as its service provider (processor). If your information was entered into Intralyn by a business you deal with, please contact that business with questions or requests; we will help it respond.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account information: your name, email address, business name and password. Passwords are stored only as a salted, one-way hash.
  • Customer Data: the records you choose to add, such as contacts, invoices, quotes, bookkeeping entries, tasks, appointments and documents.
  • Support communications: the emails you send us and our replies.
  • Legal acceptance records: the versions of our Terms and this Policy you accepted and when.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and the date and time of requests, recorded in security and server logs.
  • Security verification: account forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes browser and device signals to tell people from automated abuse.
  • Session information: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in (see Cookies below).

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, which collects card details directly on its own pages. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we receive limited details such as the card brand, last four digits, billing name, email and address, payment amounts and billing status.

3. How we use information

  • To create and operate your account and provide the Service.
  • To authenticate you, keep accounts secure, and detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
  • To send account and service emails, such as password reset links, password-change notices, welcome messages and important notices about your account, plan or these policies.
  • To answer your support requests.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot and improve the reliability and performance of the Service.
  • To comply with law, enforce our Terms of Service and protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Customer Data to advertise to anyone. We send only service-related emails, not marketing newsletters, unless you choose to receive them.

4. How information is shared

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers that process it on our behalf under contractual obligations, including Cloudflare (hosting, database and file storage, network security, Turnstile verification and email delivery), Stripe (payment processing and billing; see Stripe’s privacy policy) and, if configured, an email delivery provider such as Resend for sending account emails. Their privacy policies, including Cloudflare’s, describe their processing.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Intralyn, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Authorized Intralyn personnel access Customer Data only when necessary to operate or secure the Service, to investigate abuse, to comply with law, or to answer a support request you send us.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies. When you sign in, we set one secure, HTTP-only session cookie that keeps you signed in; sessions end after eight hours or thirty minutes of inactivity, or when you sign out. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary technologies on account pages for security verification. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to manage.

6. How long we keep information

  • Account information and Customer Data: for as long as your account is open. After you close your account, we delete or de-identify it within 90 days, except copies in routine backups until they expire.
  • Security logs: for a limited period, generally no more than 12 months, unless needed to investigate an incident.
  • Legal acceptance records, billing records and support emails: for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We protect information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), salted password hashing, short-lived and revocable sessions, single-use password reset links that expire after 60 minutes, rate limiting, automated-abuse checks and company-level access controls enforced on our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password and tell us right away at admin@intralyn.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

8. Your rights and choices

You can review and update most account information and records directly in your workspace. Depending on where you live, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act, you may also have the right to:

  • know and access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
  • not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email admin@intralyn.com from the email address on your account. We will verify your request, for example by confirming it through that address, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent if you give them written permission and we can verify your identity. Requests about Customer Data a business entered about you are referred to that business.

9. Children

The Service is designed for businesses and is not directed to children. Account holders must be at least 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, email admin@intralyn.com and we will delete it.

10. Where information is processed

Intralyn is based in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States and in other locations where our service providers, such as Cloudflare, operate data centers.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Service. When a change requires your agreement, you will be asked to accept it the next time you log in.
