Forgot your password?
Choose “Forgot password?” on the log-in page and we’ll help you choose a new one. If you don’t get an email within a few minutes, email us and we’ll send you a secure link.
Steps
Go to the log-in page and choose Forgot password?.
Enter the email address you use for Intralyn and follow the instructions on the page.
If you’re asked to email us, or you don’t get a reset email within a few minutes (check your spam folder too), email admin@intralyn.com from the address you use for Intralyn. We’ll send you a secure link to choose a new password.
Open the reset link, choose a new password of at least 15 characters, type it again and choose Update password.
Log in with your new password. For your security, you’re signed out on every other device.
