How many customers and vendors can I add?
The Free plan includes up to 10 active customers and vendors combined. Starter, Pro and Business have no limit.
On the Free plan you can have up to 10 active customers and vendors in total. Starter, Pro and Business include unlimited customers and vendors. Archived people don’t count toward the limit.
When you reach the limit
You’ll see a message like “The Free plan includes up to 10 active customers and vendors combined.” You have two choices:
- Archive someone you no longer work with: open them and choose Archive. Their invoices and history stay.
- Or move to a paid plan in Plan & billing for unlimited customers and vendors. See upgrade your plan.
If you move back to Free
Nothing is deleted. Everyone you already added stays available, but you can’t add new people until you’re under the limit again.
