Upgrade to a paid plan
Choose a plan in Plan & billing and pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout. Your new plan starts as soon as the payment goes through.
Steps
Open Plan & billing (in the menu under Settings & support).
Find the plan you want and choose Upgrade to Starter, Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Business.
Stripe’s secure checkout opens. Enter your card details and confirm.
You come back to Intralyn and see “Confirming your payment with Stripe…”. Within a few seconds it changes to “You’re on [plan]”.
Stripe emails your receipt.
If your plan doesn’t change right away
Usually it switches within a minute. If the page says payment was received but your plan hasn’t changed, wait a moment and refresh. You won’t be charged twice. If it still hasn’t changed after a few minutes, email us.
If you see Request instead of Upgrade
If online payment is ever paused, a paid plan is requested instead, and it’s activated once billing is confirmed. You’re not charged until then.
