PLANS & BILLING

What happens to my data when I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Your records stay readable, but adding more than the new plan allows, or using tools it doesn’t include, needs a plan that includes them.

Open Plan & billing

What stays

  • All your customers, vendors, invoices, quotes, documents, payments and history stay available to read.
  • You can still create unlimited invoices and quotes, track money in and out, and use the calendar and tasks.
  • You can download all your data at any time, on every plan.

What changes when you move to Free

  • Customers and vendors over 10, and products over 25, stay, but you can’t add more until you’re under the limit (or archive some).
  • Your accounting books become read-only.
  • Document tools, your own templates and forms, and CSV exports (Pro and Business) stop. Existing documents stay readable.
  • Automations your new plan doesn’t include stop on their own.
  • People already on your team keep signing in, but you can’t invite anyone new or turn someone back on until you’re within the new plan’s number of people.

Moving between paid plans

The same rules apply: anything the smaller plan doesn’t include stops, and everything you already have stays readable. Upgrade again any time and it’s all available again.
