Print on your own invoice, quote or purchase order form
Already have a form you like? Upload a picture of it and place boxes where each detail should print. Intralyn fills it in on every invoice, quote or purchase order.
Steps
Open Business settings → Branding & documents and find Print on your own form.
Next to Invoices, Quotes or Purchase orders, choose Use my own form.
Under Upload your blank form, choose Choose image and pick a scan, photo or exported image (PNG, JPEG or WebP). Have a PDF? Export or screenshot page 1 as an image first.
Drag a box onto each spot where a detail should print. Drag a corner to resize it, and tap a box to change its font size and alignment. Line items print as rows inside their box.
Choose Preview with sample data to check it, then Save form.
