Keep your own copies of invoices and documents
Open any invoice, quote, receipt or document and choose Download PDF. That PDF is your copy. Intralyn keeps the record so you can open, change and download it again, but it doesn’t store copies for you.
Save a copy
Open the invoice, quote or document.
Choose Download PDF. On a phone, choose Share & export first.
Save the PDF where you keep your business records, such as a folder on your computer or your own cloud storage.
Receipts and statements
Each payment under Payment history has its own Download PDF, and so do customer statements.
Everything at once
To keep a copy of every record, download all your data from Business settings → Your data. It has every record as spreadsheets plus a full backup file.
What happened to filed copies?
Intralyn no longer keeps saved copies of documents, so filing a copy is no longer offered. Copies your business saved before stay in Documents → Saved copies, read-only, until January 24, 2027. Then they’re permanently deleted. Choose Download all to keep them as one .zip file. Your invoices, quotes and documents themselves aren’t affected.
