Reports shows your profit, sales, expenses, sales tax and more for any period. Print them, save them as a PDF, or download a CSV.
Steps
Open Reports.
Pick a report from the list: Money, Sales, Taxes or Work.
Choose the period: This month, Last month, This quarter, This year, Last year or Custom.
Choose Print, PDF or CSV.
Which reports come with my plan
CSV downloads of reports are included with Pro and Business. You can print or save any report you have as a PDF on every plan.
- Every plan: Expenses by category, Cash activity, Sales by customer and Who owes you (A/R aging).
- Starter, Pro and Business: also Profit & loss, Cash-flow outlook, Sales by item, Sales tax summary, 1099 contractor summary, Time summary, Mileage summary and Stock value.
- Pro and Business: the Year-end tax packet, the reports your accountant asks for in one file.
