Download a copy of all your data
You own your data. The account owner can download everything as one .zip file at any time, on every plan.
Steps
Open Business settings and choose Your data.
Under Download all my data, choose Download .zip.
Save the file somewhere safe. It has your customers, vendors, invoices, quotes, payments, bookkeeping, products and services, tasks and appointments as spreadsheets (CSV), plus a complete backup file (JSON). Any saved copies or files you uploaded before Intralyn stopped storing files are included too.
Export a single list
On Pro and Business, lists such as Customers, Invoices and Money in & out have an Export CSV button, and reports can be downloaded as CSV. Your records stay available in the workspace on every plan.
