Add products and services (your price list)
Save what you sell once, with its price, unit, part number or SKU and tax setting, then add it to invoices and quotes in one tap.
Steps
In the menu, open Products & services and choose New item.
Enter the Name and choose Product or Service.
Enter the Price (USD) and, if you like, a Unit such as each, hour or lb.
Add a Part # / SKU if you use one. Typing it on an invoice line fills the line in.
Optionally add a Category, Your cost (USD) (private, never shown to customers) and a Description.
Tick Charge sales tax on this item if it’s taxable.
Choose Save item.
Using items on invoices and quotes
On any line, choose Pick from catalog, or type the part number into Quick add by part number. See part numbers on invoices.
How many items can I save?
The Free plan includes up to 25 active products and services. Starter, Pro and Business have an unlimited price list. Archive an item you no longer sell to free a spot.
