What Intralyn does for you automatically
Payment reminders, online quote approval, recurring invoices, appointment reminders, invoices from completed work and more. See what’s running and turn each one on or off.
Automations run in the background so routine work doesn’t wait on you. Turn any of them on or off in Business settings → Automations, then choose Save automations.
Available automations
- Payment reminders (every plan): friendly reminders before and after an invoice is due. Your own wording on Starter, Pro and Business.
- Online quote approval (every plan): customers accept or decline a quote from its link.
- Accepted quotes become invoices (Pro and Business): a draft invoice is created when a quote is accepted.
- Recurring invoices (Starter, Pro and Business): repeat any invoice on a schedule.
- Appointment reminders (Starter, Pro and Business): customers are reminded before each appointment.
- Late fees (Pro and Business): an optional fee on overdue invoices. Off unless you turn it on.
- Invoices from completed work (every plan): when you complete a billable job, task or appointment, a draft invoice is created for you to review. On Pro and Business you can also combine completed work into one invoice per customer weekly or monthly.
- Recurring expenses (Pro and Business): rent, subscriptions and other regular bills recorded on schedule.

Today shows what needs you (for example a reminder ready to send or a quote that was accepted) and what Intralyn did for you. When email sending isn’t set up for your account, messages wait here so you can send each one with one tap from your mail app or phone.
