Close your business account
The account owner can close the account in Business settings → Your data. You have 30 days to change your mind; after that your data is permanently deleted.
Steps
If you’re on a paid plan, cancel it first in Plan & billing so you’re never charged after closing.
Open Business settings → Your data and choose Close business account….
Tick I downloaded a copy of everything I need. and type your business name to confirm. You can tell us why you’re leaving if you like.
Choose Close account. Everyone on your team is signed out and can’t sign in again.
What happens next
- For 30 days, your records are kept in case you change your mind. Email admin@intralyn.com from the account owner’s email to reopen the account or ask for a copy.
- After that, your business data is permanently deleted, no later than 90 days after closing. Backup copies expire 30 days later.
- Once deleted, data can’t be restored.
