Download a copy of everything, or close your account.
- Download a copy of all your dataYou own your data. The account owner can download everything as one .zip file at any time, on every plan.
- What Intralyn stores (and what it doesn’t)Intralyn keeps the details you type in: customers, invoices, quotes, documents, books and the rest. It doesn’t store files or keep copies of your documents, so download a PDF whenever you want your own copy.
- Keep your own copies of invoices and documentsOpen any invoice, quote, receipt or document and choose Download PDF. That PDF is your copy. Intralyn keeps the record so you can open, change and download it again, but it doesn’t store copies for you.
- Close your business accountThe account owner can close the account in Business settings → Your data. You have 30 days to change your mind; after that your data is permanently deleted.
- What happens to my data when I downgrade?Nothing is deleted. Your records stay readable, but adding more than the new plan allows, or using tools it doesn’t include, needs a plan that includes them.
