Switch plans or cancel
Move between paid plans or cancel yourself in Plan & billing. When you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Switch to a different paid plan
Open Plan & billing.
On the plan you want, choose Switch to Pro (or the plan’s name). Stripe’s billing page opens.
Stripe shows any prorated charge or credit for the rest of your billing period. Confirm the change.
Cancel a paid plan
Open Plan & billing.
On the Free plan card, choose Switch to Free.
Read the summary and choose Cancel at period end.
Your paid plan stays active until the date shown, then your business moves to Free. You won’t be charged again.
Changed your mind?
Before the end date, open Plan & billing and choose Keep my plan to undo the cancellation.
Plans that weren’t paid online
If your plan came from a promo code or wasn’t paid by card through Stripe, Switch to Free asks you to confirm and then takes effect right away. Nothing is deleted.
