Compare plans, upgrade, switch, cancel and manage payments.
- Compare plans: Free, Starter, Pro and BusinessIntralyn has four plans: Free ($0), Starter ($6/month), Pro ($19/month) and Business ($49/month). Every business starts on Free, and you can change plans yourself at any time.
- Upgrade to a paid planChoose a plan in Plan & billing and pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout. Your new plan starts as soon as the payment goes through.
- Switch plans or cancelMove between paid plans or cancel yourself in Plan & billing. When you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Update your card and get billing receiptsManage billing opens Stripe’s secure billing page, where you can update your card, download invoices and receipts, switch plans or cancel.
- My payment failedIf your card is declined, your paid plan stays active while Stripe tries again. Update your card in Plan & billing to fix it.
- Use a promo codeEnter a promo code when you sign up, or later in Plan & billing. A code adds a plan to your business, sometimes for a set time.
- What happens to my data when I downgrade?Nothing is deleted. Your records stay readable, but adding more than the new plan allows, or using tools it doesn’t include, needs a plan that includes them.
- How many customers and vendors can I add?The Free plan includes up to 10 active customers and vendors combined. Starter, Pro and Business have no limit.
