WHICH PLAN
Our suggestion for HVAC businesses
Maintenance agreements are where Pro pays off: unlimited recurring invoices (Starter allows 3), stock that updates as you invoice, and maintenance log and inspection report templates. Starting on Free costs nothing.
Yes. A recurring invoice can repeat every week, every 2 weeks, every month, every 3 months, every year or on a custom schedule. Starter includes 3 schedules; Pro and Business have no limit.
Can I see which parts are running low?
On Starter and up, Intralyn tracks stock on hand for the products you choose and flags low stock. On Pro and Business, issuing an invoice takes those parts off stock for you.
Do customers get a reminder before a visit?
On paid plans, customers get an appointment reminder before each visit. Every plan includes branded appointment confirmations you can share by link or print.
Can I keep my existing invoice form?
On Pro and Business, upload your current invoice form and Intralyn prints your details onto it. Every plan has five invoice designs with your logo and colors.
Can customers see their own service history?
Each customer can have a private page with their open invoices, quotes to accept, receipts, statement and upcoming appointments.
