WHICH PLAN
Our suggestion for photographers
Starter adds unlimited clients, appointment reminders and full bookkeeping. Contract and intake form templates, and saved package quotes, come with Pro.
Not yet. You add sessions to your Intralyn calendar, which checks for conflicts, and send the client a branded confirmation by link.
Can I take a retainer and bill the balance later?
Yes. Record the retainer as a payment on the invoice; the rest of the balance stays open, and the client’s statement and private page show what is due.
Can I deliver galleries through Intralyn?
No. Intralyn handles quotes, invoices, scheduling and books, not photo storage or galleries. Keep using your gallery service and put its link in the invoice note.
Can I save my packages?
Yes. Save each package to your products & services with its price on any plan (Free includes up to 25). Pro and Business can also save whole quotes as reusable templates.
Does it track mileage for shoots?
Yes. Log each trip in the mileage log; Intralyn applies the IRS standard mileage rate and totals your estimated deduction. Billable trips can go straight onto the client’s invoice.
